Buying items online can be a daunting task, so we want you to realize that there is NO risk whatsoever in buying something and trying it out. If you don't like it, no hard feelings, we'll fix it.

The Standard Shipping Guarantee with an additional cost of £2.99 includes a 30 day no-questions-asked extension to the return period with a voucher in our store, for the same amount as the purchase or for the replacement of another, at no cost, but not the amount of the guarantee.
It also includes a guarantee during, transport, for lost or damaged goods.
The product ordered will be resent again.
In case of return during the 14 days of warranty, it will always be following our return policy.
We will only accept the return of the product if it has not been used and retains its original label or packaging.
After these 14 days, your product will not be accepted for return. And any product that is returned, will be through discount coupons in our store with an expiration period of 3 months.
In no case will the shipping and warranty money be refunded)
It must always be returned in accordance with our return policy.
Whenever the product is outside the warranty period, the return process must be processed, and a new product, or voucher in our store, will be resent at home to accept a return for defective product upon receipt.
In no case will the money be refunded.
This warranty also provides for any damage to the product during transport by the agency.
It will be insured with the replacement of another product, without any cost.
If the client does not receive the product within 60 days, the full amount of the purchase will be refunded.
